This policy explains what data the game Bamba Coffee Tycoon processes, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are

No account, no ads
The game asks for no sign-up, name or email. It shows no ads and does not use your device's advertising identifier: no tracking across apps or websites.
Data we process
- Your game (café, team, progress, settings, optional nickname): stored on your device and, if your platform's backup is on, in your iCloud (Apple) or Google backup. We have no access to it.
- Anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Analytics, Google): game events (level reached, end of day, recipe unlocked, shop opened…), device model, OS and app version, approximate country, a random install identifier. They help us understand how the game is played and improve it. You can turn them off at any time in the game: My account › "Anonymous usage statistics".
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics, Google): the app's state when an error occurs (technical trace, device model, version), to fix bugs.
- In-app purchases: processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment details.
- Support: your email address and messages, only if you write to us.
We do not sell your data.
Why, and on what basis
- Running the game and your purchases (performance of the contract).
- Fixing crashes and measuring usage to improve the game (legitimate interest; you can object to statistics in the game).
- Answering your requests (legitimate interest) and meeting legal obligations.
Service providers
Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics), Apple and Google (stores, backup). Data may be processed outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
Retention
Statistics: 14 months at most. Crash reports: 90 days. Support messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
Children
The game is rated 4+ by the stores. Statistics are never used for ad targeting. In-app purchases must be made or authorised by an adult.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: write to intergoldex@gmail.com. In the game, My account › "Delete all my data" erases your game and its iCloud copy. You may also contact your data protection authority.
