This policy explains what data the CoffeeShop Bamba app processes, why, and what your rights are. We tried to keep it short and readable.
Who we are
CoffeeShop Bamba is published by TheAppsFactory, TheAppsFactory SAS, 24 rue Abel Gance, 84100 Orange, France (RCS Avignon 821 324 332), which acts as the data controller. Questions: intergoldex@gmail.com.
Data we process
We follow data minimisation: we only collect what the app needs to work.
- Data you enter in the app (preferences, content). It is stored primarily on your device.
- Technical data: device model, OS and app version, anonymised crash logs, so we can fix bugs.
- In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment details.
- Support conversations: your email address and message content, only if you contact us.
We do not sell your data, and the app does not show targeted advertising.
Why we use it
- To provide and operate the app (performance of a contract).
- To improve stability and fix errors (legitimate interest).
- To answer your support requests (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that are essential to the service (hosting, Apple and Google stores, crash-reporting tool), bound by confidentiality commitments. Any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then deleted or anonymised. Support messages are kept for up to 3 years after the last exchange.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, restricted access, regular updates.
Children
CoffeeShop Bamba is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, email intergoldex@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version; for significant changes, we will let you know in the app.
