This policy explains what data the Construction Expense Manager app (« Gestion Travaux et Dépenses ») processes, why, and how you stay in control. It applies to both the iOS and Android versions and replaces the previous version.
Who we are
Construction Expense Manager is published by TheAppsFactory SAS, 24 rue Abel Gance, 84100 Orange, France (RCS Avignon 821 324 332), the data controller. Contact: intergoldex@gmail.com.
In short
- Your projects and expenses are only used to run the app: budget tracking, reports, sync.
- No ads, no selling of data, no ad tracking.
- You can ask for an export or deletion of your data at any time.
Data we process
- Account: email address and sign-in credentials, needed to sync across your devices.
- Data you enter: projects, expenses, amounts, dates, categories, stores, comments.
- Photos and documents: photos of invoices or receipts you attach. They may contain personal information (name, address): only add what you need.
- Sync: a copy of your data is stored on our servers so you can find it on all your devices.
- Subscription: purchases are handled by Apple or Google; we only receive your subscription status, never your payment details.
- Technical data: device model, OS and app version, error logs, to keep sync working and fix bugs.
- Support: the content of your messages if you contact us.
Why we use it
- To provide the service: expense tracking, reports, exports and sync (performance of a contract).
- To manage your subscription (performance of a contract).
- To keep the service secure and fix errors (legitimate interest).
- To answer your requests (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
- People you choose: recipients of your PDF exports (colleagues, clients, accountant).
- Our technical providers: data hosting and sync, only for those purposes and under confidentiality commitments.
- Apple and Google, for in-app purchases.
We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising. If some data is hosted outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
Retention
- Account data, projects and documents are kept while your account is active.
- After a deletion request, they are erased within 30 days and removed from technical backups within 90 days at most.
- Subscription records are kept as long as our accounting obligations require.
- Support messages are kept for up to 3 years after the last exchange.
Security
Encrypted connections between the app and our servers, access limited to those who need it, regular updates.
Account deletion
To delete your account and all associated data (including photos), email intergoldex@gmail.com from your account's address.
Children
Construction Expense Manager is a management tool not directed at children under 15. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them: intergoldex@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
Subscriptions and terms of use

Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes, we will let you know in the app.
