Your account and your save

Virtual currency and in-app purchases

Permitted use

You agree to use the app fairly: no cheating, modifying, decompiling, or bypassing its protections or in-app purchases. In case of breach, we may suspend access to some features.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, graphics, texts, sounds and code are protected. Some graphic and audio assets are used under free licences (Kenney, KayKit, CC0). You are granted a personal, non-commercial right of use only.

Personal data

How we process your data is described in the Weloca privacy policy, available on intergoldex.com.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the app working properly, without guaranteeing it is error-free or always available. We may update it, change its content (recipes, in-game prices, events) or stop distributing it, giving notice where possible.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, TheAppsFactory is not liable for indirect damages related to its use, nor for data loss caused by the device, third-party services (Apple, Google) or voluntary deletion.

Minors

The app is rated 4+ by the stores. In-app purchases must be made or authorised by an adult; we recommend enabling parental controls on your device.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; for significant changes we will let you know in the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, after an attempt at amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of Avignon, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
