This policy explains what data the Working Time app processes, why, and how you stay in control. It applies to both the iOS and Android versions.
Who we are
Working Time is published by TheAppsFactory SAS, 24 rue Abel Gance, 84100 Orange, France (RCS Avignon 821 324 332), the data controller. Contact: intergoldex@gmail.com.
In short
- Your hours are only used to run the app: calculations, history, sync, reports.
- No ads, no selling of data, no ad tracking.
- You can export your data and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
Data we process
- Account: email address and sign-in credentials, needed to sync across your devices and to share jobs.
- Work data you enter: hours, breaks, overtime, jobs, projects or clients, hourly rate and earnings, personal notes.
- Team sharing: if you share a job, the email address of invited accounts and the permissions granted (read or write).
- Email reports: the destination address and frequency you choose (weekly or monthly).
- Subscriptions: purchases are handled by Apple or Google; we only receive your subscription status, never your payment details.
- Technical data: device model, OS and app version, and error logs, to keep sync working and fix bugs.
- Support: the content of your messages if you contact us.
The app's passcode lock works on your device: that code is never sent to us.
Why we use it
- To provide the service: hours and pay calculations, history, sync, sharing, reports and exports (performance of a contract).
- To manage your subscription (performance of a contract).
- To keep the service secure and fix errors (legitimate interest).
- To answer your requests (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
- People you choose: team members you share a job with, recipients of your reports and exports (email, PDF, print).
- Our technical providers: data hosting and sync, sending report emails, only for those purposes and under confidentiality commitments.
- Apple and Google, for in-app purchases.
We never sell or rent your data. If some data is hosted outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
Retention
- Account and work data are kept while your account is active.
- After account deletion, they are erased within 30 days and removed from technical backups within 90 days at most.
- Subscription records are kept as long as our accounting obligations require.
- Support messages are kept for up to 3 years after the last exchange.
Security
Encrypted connections between the app and our servers, access limited to those who need it, passcode lock, regular updates.
Account deletion and export
You can export your hours at any time (PDF, email, print). To delete your account and all associated data, email intergoldex@gmail.com from your account's address.
Children
Working Time is a work tool not directed at children under 15. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them: intergoldex@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes, we will let you know in the app.
